My name is Cheryl Anne Johnson. I am 62 years old and was born in Lyndhurst, Hants. I have always lived in the Hampshire/Dorset area and went to school in Totton. After a variety of jobs and having 3 children I attended Bournemouth University to do my nursing degree. I have been a staff nurse at Royal Bournemouth Hospital since 2004 and am proud to work with a diverse, dedicated team. My motivation to be a councillor is a sense of service and public duty. Queens Park has been my home since 1986 and I would like to work with others to look after it.
I have lived in my house since 1986 and I want the best for Queens Park. My children local schools (Malmesbury Park and Avonbourne) and I am pleased to say they are happy and doing well.
My motivation for being a Councillor is, and has always been, a sense of pride in the place where I live. I want to work with others to maintain and improve BCP, making it a place we can all enjoy and where we can thrive.
