I would like to thank all those who voted for me in the Queen's Park local election. It is an honour to have been elected and I look forward to representing all residents.

Whilst I have much to learn as a new councillor, the last four weeks of campaigning across the ward has allowed me to meet a wide variety of people and hear first hand some of the issues Queen's Park faces.

I am delighted to have been elected as a Conservative on a night when voters across the nation, voting in local council elections, reflected a real sense of confidence in the Conservative Party.

Here in Bournemouth I look forward to working my fellow ward councillors and will work hard to be a strong voice in Queen's Park.
