Lib Dems sell our car parks
.
Seaside resort = visitors = the need for places to park
So why sell our car parks?

The Lib Dem policy of either closing amenities and services or selling
them off continues.

The Lib Dem Council have told residents that they are having all car parks valued so that they can decide which ones to sell.

They claim no decisions have been made. Yet the 'For Sale' boards on the sites tell a different story. Lib Dems are saying one thing and doing another.

The Terrace Mount car park and at Honeycombe Chine have already gone and no adequate replacement parking has been provided.

Once these carparks are sold they are lost forever and the impact on our town will be devastating as visitors, unable to park will not return to our town.

The Lib Dems have carried out this exercise without even consulting local councillors, let alone the public. This dash for short term cash will have huge consequences for Bournemouth and the Lib Dems should be ashamed of the underhanded way they are running the Town Hall.

So angry are locals with this proposal that the the 'For Sale' sign was torn down
